日本の会社の中核メンバーとして就職・転職したい方や、ボランティアなどで住んでいる地域に関わりたい方などが、日本でやりがいを持って長く暮らしていけるようにお手伝いします。

Hatsuyume JAPAN is a portal site that provides the next step for foreigners who have studied Japanese and obtained qualifications, but still feel they have not fully integrated into Japan.

「はつゆめ」とは？
What is “Hatsuyume”?

「初夢はつゆめ」とは、お正月（1月1日）の夜に見る夢のこと。「一富士いちふじ、二鷹にたか、三茄子さんなすび」というラッキーアイテムがあり、はつゆめJAPANのシンボルマークにもなっています。
富士山や大空を自由に舞うタカ、昔は貴重だったナスが幸運の象徴とされており、お正月の夢に出てくると、一年がとても良い年になると言われています。

日本には初夢が正夢まさゆめになるという言い伝えがあります。「はつゆめJAPAN」には、日本にいらっしゃった皆さんが幸運に恵まれ、夢をかなえることができるようにという願いがこめられています。

“Hatsuyume” is a dream you have on the night of New Year’s Day. An eggplant is good, a hawk is better, and Mt. Fuji is the best. These lucky items are the symbols of Hatsuyume JAPAN.

Mt. Fuji, hawks flying freely in the sky, and eggplants, which were considered precious in the past, are symbols of good luck. It is said that if they appear in your New Year’s dream, the year will be a very good one.

In Japan, there is a legend that the first dream comes true. “Hatsuyume JAPAN” is a wish for everyone who comes to Japan to have good luck and be able to make their dreams come true.

英語か日本語どちらかで、辞書などを使いながらコミュニケーションができれば、語学力は問いません。

Hatsuyume JAPAN is looking for foreigners who are willing to report on Japanese festivals and events while participating in them.

Language skills are not required as long as you can communicate in either English or Japanese while using something like a dictionary.

If you are interested in interacting with many different people, please contact us.

地域にとっては人手不足の解決にもお役立ていただくとともに、外国人住民が地域に溶け込むことでお互いの不安解消にもつながります。

Are you a community-run facility or organization looking to change your company’s culture, by welcoming foreign participants and volunteers?

Free cafeterias and classes to support children. Elderly facilities and recreation. Support activities for the disabled. These places that involve a lot of communication are great learning opportunities for foreigners, such as students who want to practice their Japanese and introduce their country’s cultures.

For society, it helps solve labor shortages, and it also helps alleviate the concerns of residents as foreign residents integrate into the community.

Applications for participants and volunteers are currently being posted free of charge.
