日本の伝統的な工芸品を守り、維持するためのサポートメンバー募集　Support Members Needed to Protect and Sustain Traditional Japanese Crafts

現在、工芸品を購入したいと考えている消費者と、生産者である工芸品の職人の方との距離が離れつつあります。
「クラウニー」では職人の皆様、消費者の皆様に対するサポートを通して、その距離を縮めたいと考えています。

人手の足りない工房を広報やイベントで支える活動をしながら、日本の工芸への理解と知識を深めていきませんか？

どんな工芸品が存在するか知りたい、海外の人に説明できるようになりたい、そんな興味をお持ちの方をお待ちしています！

Currently, there seems to be a split between consumers who wish to purchase crafts and the artisans who produce them.
“Craunne” hopes to bridge the distance by supporting both artisans and consumers.

Would you like to deepen your understanding and knowledge of Japanese crafts, while supporting the understaffed workshops with publicity and events?

You are all desired if you are interested in learning what kinds of crafts exist and being able to explain them to people overseas!

概要｜Outline

募集団体	工芸士サポート集団「クラウニー」
活動日程	随時活動イベントや体験に参加可能なタイミングでサポートをお願いしたします。オンラインでの活動の場合は、相談の上時間と内容を決定
活動場所	東京都内でのイベントや工房が現時点では多いですが、埼玉県など、近隣エリアにも活動エリア拡大中です。

Organizations Seeking Help: The Artisan Support Group “Craunne”
Activity schedule: Activities are conducted as needed
Please help out with events and experiential programs whenever you can.
For online activities, the frequency and tasks will be determined through an interview.
Locations: Event venues and workshops in Tokyo, currently.
Activities will be expanded to nearby prefectures such as Saitama.

活動内容

１．ワークショップ支援
工芸体験イベントでの体験者のアテンド、職人の方のフォロー、準備・後片付け
２．ホームページ・ブログ製作
団体ホームページ・ブログでの情報発信や、工房・職人の方のホームページ制作のサポート。工芸品をECモールに出店するお手伝いも体験できます。
３．写真・動画撮影
ホームページに掲載する写真や、各種イベントを記録する写真・動画の撮影
※未経験者への支援あり。成果物はご自身の制作実績として活用いただけます。

応募条件

以下の条件を満たす方（継続的に参加できる方歓迎）
１．伝統工芸、日本の工芸文化について学びたい方
２．スムーズな日本語でのやりとりができる方
３．web制作や動画編集の経験者または学習意欲のある方
ホームページはWordPressやWIX、ECサイトはBASEやSTORESの経験があれば尚可

Details: 1. Workshop support: for the craft experience event, attending participants, accompanying artisans, and preparation and clean up
2. Website and blog production: Release new updates on the organization’s website and blog, as well as the construction of workshop and the artisan website. Experience selling crafts at EC malls.
3. Photo and video recording: Photos and videos will be posted on the website to keep a record of events.
Guidance will be provided for those with no experience. You can use your achievements for your future career.
Requirements: Applicants must meet the following conditions (participate regularly if possible)
1. Those who wish to learn about traditional crafts and Japanese craft culture.
2. Those who can communicate smoothly in Japanese
3. Those who have experience or willingness to learn web production or video editing.
Experience with WordPress or WIX for websites and BASE or STORES for EC sites is a plus.

①クラウニーのお問い合わせフォームまたはSNS経由で「工芸士サポート希望」とご連絡ください。
②活動は現地参加またはフルリモートが選べます。ご自身のスキルUPと工房への協力を両立しましょう！
③貢献に応じて支援した工房の教室・体験への無料参加などの特典があります。有償のイベントの場合は、交通費と活動時間に応じた報酬が受け取れます。

Application – Activity Flow:
1) Please contact us via the Craunne contact form or SNS with the title “Apply as an artisan supporter.”
2) You can choose to participate on-site or remotely for activities. You will be able to improve your own skills by cooperating with the workshop!
3) Depending on your contribution, you will receive benefits such as free participation in classes and hands-on experience at the workshop you supported. For paid events, you will receive transportation expenses and hourly compensation.
